The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
The name Life Abundantly comes from John 10:10 where you will find both the devil’s job and God’s purpose. “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy”: But the Word of God the gives us this purpose for our lives. “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly”. The vision of God to have a Life breathing church was placed in Pastor Kendrick L. Meredith’s spirit. Pastor Meredith was then led of God to start and cultivate a local church of born again believers in Christ whose final rule of authority would be the Holy Bible, God’s written Word. The first Sunday service was held in October 2003 at Imani Christian Child Care Center in Lithonia, GA. The Installation service was held December 21, 2003 at Berean Christian Church, 2400 Young Road, Stone Mountain GA.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, and the divine revelations of Jesus Christ, God's Son.
We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, and in Jesus Christ all the fullness of the Godhead dwells.
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, was born of a virgin, walked and ministered upon the earth; died on the cross, arose from the dead, and is now seated at the right hand of God.
We believe salvation comes by believing with your heart and confessing with your mouth Jesus as Lord.
We believe Jesus Christ has sent the Comforter in the person of the Holy Spirit.
We believe the baptism of a believer in the Holy Spirit is evidenced by the initial physical sign of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, and the subsequent manifestation of spiritual power in our witness and service.
We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ and that we are members of His body and shall reign together with Him.
